Kerry is a product of the School of Mass Communications at Virginia Commonwealth University.  He has written and broadcasted news for multiple media organizations, including the Richmond Times Dispatch Radio News Services as well as Metro Networks. 
    Kerry also possesses two awards from the Virginia Association of Broadcasters. 
    In his spare time, he pursues studies in History at the University of Virginia.
