The Jefferson Madison Regional Library is proud to announce the Fresh Start Program. All children (under 18) who live in Charlottesvilleare eligible to have ALL fines and fees on their public library accounts paid off at NO cost to parent or child. You must bring a GOLDEN TICKET to one of three James Madison Regional Library branches between 12/22/12 and 1/6/13to have your card cleared. Golden tickets will be available at all city school libraries, as well as other youth services organizations in Charlottesville. When the tickets are redeemed all fines for lost, damaged, or late books will be cleared from juvenile accounts.
