The Junior League of Charlottesville is announcing the deadline for applications to be accepted for the 10th annual Emily Couric Community Advocacy Award. The deadline is Friday, March 22, 2013.
This award of $2000 will be given to a non-profit agency in honor of an individual, nominated by that non-profit agency, who stands out as a model of community advocacy. The Junior League of Charlottesville created this community award program to honor Senator Emily Couric. She was a great friend to the Junior League of Charlottesville and former member of the League’s Community Resource Board.
