Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA is making it possible to bring home a whole lot of love and entertainment for just five dollars. Now through May 31st, adopt any adult cat at the SPCA, Purrin’ at Pantops, Petsmart at the Hollymead Center or the SPCA Rummage Store for just five dollars! The Five Dollar Feline package includes services normally costing hundreds of dollars: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, deworming, FIV/Felv testing, an office visit from a participating veterinarian, a bag of Science Diet cat food, an animal behavior CD and a lifetime of priceless love and companionship. From a fabulous selection of felines at the SPCA waiting to go home with you.  The warmer months are the breeding season for cats, inundating shelters with kittens during Summer and early Fall. “Because kittens are so cute, adult cats in shelters are often

overlooked during this time,” explains Lisa Lane, Director of Marketing and Developmentfor the Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA. “Our goal with the Five Dollar Feline Special is

to find loving homes for more than one hundred adult cats during the month of May, before the kittens arrive.”
