A grand jury handed up indictments for five men accused of violence on August 12th in Charlottesville.
James Fields, Jr. was indicted on first degree murder and nine other felonies for running his car into a crowd of people and killing a woman.
Meanwhile, three men were indicted for their roles in a beating at the Market Street Parking Garage and a man was indicted for firing a gun within 1,000 feet of a school.
No trial date has been set for Fields, yet, but the other four men will face trial next spring.
