According to a release, Albemarle County officials want to hear from local residents regarding the final draft of the Rio29 Small Area Plan.
The detailed plan for urban development and re-development focuses on the Route 29 and Rio Road intersection and the surrounding area by incorporating a new Grade-Separated Intersection — a design concept developed with feedback from the community, stakeholders and public officials over the past two years.
There will be a public hearing with the Albemarle County Planning Commission on Nov. 13 and the Board of Supervisors on Dec.12th — feedback can be submitted through Nov. 6th — for more information, go to www.albemarle.org .
