The 44th annual celebration of Batesville Day is May 4th in
Batesville. It starts at 8 for the famous 10k race; the biggest little
parade around at 11am, a village fair with a cake walk, Maypole
dancing, bake sales, games and free books for the kids – plus,
food by The Batesville Market, raffle of this year’s “ugly truck”,
and two hours of rompin’ stompin’ blues provided by the Central
