On Saturday, the 12th annual Heritage Harvest Festival was held at Thomas Jefferson’s Monticello.
The yearly festival is a celebration of Virginia’s harvest and the culinary legacy of Thomas Jefferson and this year spotlighted the skills of chefs from around the south while Jefferson’s own garden provided many of the herbs, fruits and vegetables available for tastings at the festival.
