The Charlottesville Albemarle SPCA is offering a silent night adoption special this holiday season — beginning Thursday and running through Christmas Eve adoption fees will be reduced by 50 percent.
All animals are up-to-date on their age appropriate vaccinations, microchipped, and have been spayed or neutered prior to adoption.
